I had to fill in a form for the last round for incubation at IIMB. I had reached home after meeting three different people( potential mentor, partner group and fabricator Respectively) at three different corners of Blore and was just nothing short of gasping for breath. But I hardly had any time left. I had to finish it by 12,but then a Chai could work the trick I thought. Even with a Chai I wasn't in my usual energy level so I just laid down for a while. I woke up with really high fever half an hour later and shivers. I had two jackets put under two thick rugs. My dad just couldn't fathom what was happening and wanted to rush me to the nearest hospital. And there was a black out, a complete black out. No uber or Ola. I had to be rushed to a Doctor, the time then was around 8:30 PM.Some kind neighbor helped us and got us to the nearest clinic. The doc diagnosed me completely, various tests and just told one word which was  repeated over and over again- OVER EXHAUSTION. And that was it. He told, "Your body just can't take it anymore, so please have some sympathy on it".And then the rest of the process followed. I reached back home at around 9:45 PM. I took super fat tablets given to me and was subjected to mom's super long lecture about how important health is, which ended with a promise that I will be sleeping then and there without thinking about any competition whatsoever. Well, it worked out.
For ten minutes.
Dad was my accomplice. I sneaked out. He told, "you are going to burn out completely". I told, "let's see, just have my back. Don't tell mom". And then I found this nice friend who agreed to help. And together with him over phone, I finished the entire revenue model and financial projections that was numbers and numbers. And it was over by 11:56 and I submitted at 12!
Well I slept after that, but what I had to forego was my graduation day celebration, something I was waiting for four years of my life. I just couldn't move the next day, but then I wasn't down even a bit. I have no idea how I couldn't possibly feel a thing, I was just relishing on the fact that I could complete my form for the competition. I kept getting calls the whole day from friends and folk out there.

Well, it wasn't that bad you know.

We got into the top six startups selected by IIMB. Everything comes at a cost. And this cost is sweet too. Ain't it?
